Individual Tests

We have provided individual tests for those who may wish only one (or more) particular tests.  You now have that option. Please note, results may take 3-4 business days to return after your samples have been taken. Use the blue hyperlinks for more information. If you have any questions please contact us.

After you have paid for your order, a requisition will be emailed to you. When you have received your email notification, everything you need to get your tests done has been sent to LabCorp. You should not need the forms but having them may speed up the process if there is any issues. A printed copy is not required.  You will need your ID at the time of testing.  All STD tests are now done with blood or urine. You can have your blood drawn at the LabCorp location that is most convenient to you. You can also schedule an appointment to make the process even faster.

Please allow up to four hours between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST to receive your order. Check your spam folder as sometimes the order will be sent there by your email client. Any orders after 6:00 pm may not be processed until the next business day.

 

Individual Tests: (price includes the $20 draw fee)

1) ChlamydiaGonorrhea   $60  Tests for both chlamydia and gonorrhea
2)Hepatitis B Surface Antigen/Hepatitis B Core Antibody  $25 – Hepatitis B  Please note that if you have had the Hepatitis B vaccine your Surface Antibody will be positive.
3)Trichomonas Vaginalis Qualitative (male)   $60 – This is caused by a protozoan parasite. It isn’t serious and easily treated but causes unpleasant symptoms.
4)Trichomonas Vaginalis Qualitative (female)   $60 – This is caused by a protozoan parasite. It isn’t serious and easily treated but causes unpleasant symptoms.
5)Treponema pallidum Antibodies   $60  Syphilis test used by the adult industry – if you are not in the adult industry, choose the test below entitled simply Syphilis
6)HIV 1/2 P24 protein and antibodies Fourth Generation   $40 This test checks for not only antibodies to HIV but the P24 protein which the virus produces very soon after infection when it is multiplying.
7)Hepatitis C Antibodies $18 – Tests for the presence of Hepatitis C infection.
8)Syphilis $20
9)Herpes Simplex 1  $50 – Tests for herpes simplex 1 which causes cold sores.
10)Herpes Simplex 2  $50 – Tests for herpes simplex 2 which causes genital herpes.
11)HSV 1&2  $85 – Tests for both herpes simplex 1 and 2.
12)HAV Ab IgM  $21 – Tests for current infection with Hepatitis A
13)HAV Ab total  $55 – Tests for immunity to Hepatitis A but doesn’t differentiate between current and previous infection.
14)HIV RNA   $175 – Tests for the presence of HIV genetic material in the blood(qualitative). 
15)HIV RNA   $165 – Tests for the same thing as above but also gives the amount of virus present(quantitative).  It is slightly less sensitive than the qualitative test.
16)HCV RNA  $200 – This test measures the amount of Hepatitis C virus in someone’s body.  It is only done in someone who tests positive for Hepatitis C antibodies.

17)Covid Antibodies $75 – If you have had or think you have had Covid 19, this test will check for antibodies to confirm prior infection. Note this will not diagnose current infection or determine if you can currently spread the virus.
